The Team
Noah Gaffney
At 9 years old, Noah began venturing into the backcountry with his father, the late legendary freeskiing pioneer Robb Gaffney. By 15, he had skied most of the major mountains around Tahoe, many in the Eastern Sierra, and multiple 14,000 peaks throughout California.
Today he continues to forge is own path, skiing big exposed lines in the eastern sierra and going huge off of features at Palisades.
One of the raddest skiers in Tahoe, Noah has been involved in making the ALPENFLOW 89 since the beginning, giving constant feedback throughout the design process. You could say that our bindings were built for him.
Nick Oberriter
Growing up in Truckee and living in Tahoe City, Nick also has been skiing since before he could walk. He is aggressively against self promotion, so you probably haven't heard of him but with a race background and a knack for free-ride, Nick is a truly impressive skier.
Currently Nick works for the Palisades Tahoe Race Crew putting on events like the FIS World Cup, but you're more likely to see him throwing cork 7's on blades out of the wiggle in the spring.
